AWS high-Temperature pyrolysis technology has won government project tender with a capacity of 100 tons per day at the Government Environmental department office at Serang City and also has won government project tender capacity of 60 tons per day in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. And many successful government project tenders.

This technology is approved and accepted and has got patented by the government of Indonesian and International patented rights.

This AWS Medical (AWS M) has been fully supported by the head office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and also supported by the Indonesian Engineers Assosiation Office.

Certified Mechine Operator and Power Plant Training

To enhance the capability of the personals or operator and engineer in a manufacturing and Power Plant, IPI conduct trainings in operation & maintenance of Power Plant as well as financial training. Trainings can be conducted as in-house training (in Power Plant Site) or in our training facilities.

Due to the higher temperature and pyrolysis rate due to using an internal air cooling system combined with applying negative pressure to the reactor, the combustion chamber uses a Heavy Duty Induced Suction Fan.

Registered as environmentally friendly equipment from the Government of Indonesia, it is safe for Dioxin and Furan gases.

Less water consumption

Paired with a two-level Water Scrubber with minimal maintenance because it uses an anti-clogging water spray.

AWS unit has successfully destroyed thousands of tons wet wastes from a lake in Bekasi Indonesia since 2018.

AWS has been manufactured in Nepal under IPI Indonesia license, by Rooze & IPI International Nepal.

AWS has been selected by Government and has succeeded in destroying Covid-19 waste in Indonesia to become zero waste.

AWS has been selected by Government and succeeded to destroyed narcotics in Jakarta in 2021 to become zero waste.

AWS has won open tender for 3 unit of AWS100 domestic waste with a total capacity of 60 tons per day for PUPR Semarang Indonesia.

AWS has won the open tender for the waste destruction project to the final dumping area with a capacity of 100 tons per day for Serang Indonesia.

AWS was successfuly operated in Kab. Banyumas as many 11 units

AWS has been successfully exported to the Philippines and operates 16 units
